At Shehnaayi.com, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience with us. While we strive to deliver products of the highest quality, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility & Timeframe
Refund or return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at care@shehnaayi.com
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, and accessories intact.
Returns are not accepted once a product has been sold.
Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible from our side .
2. Conditions Not Eligible for Refund/Return
We will not be able to accept requests under the following conditions:
a) Product damage due to misuse, overuse, or negligence
b) Product altered, used, or washed by the customer
c) Return without original packaging, price tags, or missing accessories
d) Tampering with the product’s barcode/serial number
e) Return/Refund request raised after 3 days of delivery
f) Return request raised simply because the customer does not like the product.
Exchange Policy (Size / Style / Product Change)
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Size Issues: Exchanges are available if an alternative size is in stock.
Style Exchange: Customers can request a different design or style.
- Style Exchange is available only on selected items.
Customers are requested to contact our support team to confirm eligibility before requesting a style exchange. Product Exchange: Customers may choose to exchange for a different product (Eligible on selected items only).
✔ Applicable Charges
For all approved exchanges (size, style, or product):
Pickup charges will be borne by the customer.
Reshipping charges for the exchanged product will also be paid by the customer.
The exact charges will be communicated by our support team at the time of the exchange request.
3. Return Process
Contact us at shehnaayi.care@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (available only in India).
Please ensure the product is securely packed for return shipment.
The product will take 4–5 business days to reach our warehouse. After inspection, the refund/exchange process will be initiated.
4. Return Shipping
For standard returns, customers will bear the return shipping charges.
For cases where you have received a wrong product or a damaged product, the return shipping will be covered by us, and we will send the correct product at no extra cost.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
Refunds will be issued only after product inspection at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Prepaid Orders: Refund will reflect in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account. You will need to share your bank details with us at care@shehnaayi.com. Once initiated, it takes 2–4 business days to reflect.
6. Wrong/Damaged Products
If you receive a wrong product or a damaged product:
Email us at care@shehnaayi.com immediately with clear pictures.
We will arrange for a pickup at no extra cost.
You can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
7. International Orders
Please note: We do not accept international returns or refunds.
